These terms are an agreement between you and Shifting Technologies LLC, a New Jersey company (“we”, “us”), which operates FlutterCast. By using FlutterCast you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Who can use FlutterCast
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.
2. The service
FlutterCast lets you find and play podcasts on a Roku device. Podcasts belong to their publishers. They may contain mature content or publishers’ own ads, and they can change or disappear at any time. We don’t review every episode. Your subscription pays for the FlutterCast app, not for the podcasts themselves.
3. Free trial and subscription
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial through Roku.
- After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at $4.99 per month (plus any applicable tax) until you cancel.
- Roku handles billing and payment, and shows the price and trial dates before you subscribe. You can turn on renewal reminder emails at my.roku.com.
- To cancel, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions, or on your TV highlight FlutterCast, press ✱ and choose Manage subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds follow Roku’s refund policy. If you need help, email support@fluttercast.com.
- Removing the app or deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription.
4. Optional account
You can link your TV with Google sign-in to sync your library. The account is optional and separate from your Roku subscription. Only approve a link code shown on your own TV, before giving a TV away, sign it out in Settings › Account and remove the app, and delete your account at any time at auth.fluttercast.com/account/delete.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse FlutterCast: don’t try to get around the subscription, break our security, overload our servers or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for misuse.
6. Reporting content
To report a broken feed, inappropriate content or a rights problem, email support@fluttercast.com with the show or episode. We may remove listings.
7. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update or discontinue features. If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version with a new effective date and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. Price changes go through Roku, and we’ll tell you at least 15 days before a price increase takes effect.
8. Disclaimer and limits
FlutterCast is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that podcasts are accurate. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for FlutterCast in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.
9. Governing law
New Jersey law governs these terms, without limiting consumer protections of the state where you live.
